This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to consider the petition (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners pleads no instructions from the petitioners and submits that despite his best efforts, he could not even locate the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
