(ORAL) Prayer in the present petitions filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.92 dated 24.03.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420, 419, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani, Haryana. Vide order dated 21.06.2023, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated. It has been contended that the entire recovery has already been made and co-accused has already been released on regular bail. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are willing to join investigation and abide by any condition imposed by this Court."
