The petitioner herein has no title to the property. He merely claims himself to be a tenant on the property for which dispute regarding apportionment of compensation raised by him is pending consideration before the Reference Court. Even his suit, filed about seven years after the acquisition claiming title on the property, is also pending. The land owner has no grievance to the acquisition of land.
