(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 99 dated 24.11.2023 registered under Sections 323, 386, 376, 384, 506, 493 and 511 IPC (Section 493 and 511 IPC deleted later on) at Police Station Women, District SAS Nagar, Punjab.

Custody certificate dated 28.10.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone custody period of 10 months and 9 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
