In the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the orders dated 21.03.2024 (Annexure P-40), 17.02.2012 (Annexure P-39), 03.06.2011 (Annexure P-38) and 22.05.2010 (Annexure P-37) whereby, punishment was awarded on account of delivery of less storage gain. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similar issue has already been decided by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.27725 of 2013 titled as 'Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Field Employees Union vs. Union of India' and other connected petitions, decided on 14.05.2025 as such, the present writ petition may also be decided in the abovesaid terms.
