The case has been taken up by way of Video Conference as per instructions in view of COVID-19 pandemic.
This criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 7 and not to interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners at their behest.
After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the petitioners may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
