(ORAL) By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate the FIR No.0031 dated 17.04.2021, under Section 380 IPC, registered at Police Station Khuhi Khera, District Fazilka. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagjit Singh, Police Station Khuhi Khera, District Fazilka, informs this Court that investigation in the present case already stands concluded with the filing of challan on 02.11.2022 followed by framing of charges. He also informs that out of total of 13 witnesses as cited by the prosecution, 04 already stand examined.
