(ORAL) On instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh, learned State counsel submits that detenue-Anita daughter of petitioner-Swarno, after marriage with respondent No. 4-Lakhwinder Singh, sought protection of her life and liberty from this Court by filing CRM-M-29704-2018 (Annexure P-1) which was disposed of vide order dated 17.07.2018. Thereafter, on filing of this criminal writ petition, the alleged detenueAnita, was produced before Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kharar on 04.09.2018, where she gave statement that she does not want to go with her mother. Consequently, the alleged detenue, being minor has been kept in Nari Niketan and would be released on attaining majority, according to her wish.

In view of the above, the instant criminal writ petition being meritless is dismissed.
