The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing the rejection/cancellation of e-tender/technical bid (Annexure -16) which was submitted by the petitioner in pursuance to the tender issued by respondent No. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before respondent No. 5 by raising all the grievances as raised in the present writ petition. It was prayed that direction be issued to respondent No. 5 to decide the same expeditiously in a time bound manner, after hearing the petitioner and respondents No. 6 to 10, in accordance with law. 3.
