Further prayer has been made for staying the impugned letter dated 26.03.2019 (Annexure P-4), impugned letter dated 29.05.2019 (Annexure P-5) as well as impugned letter dated 19.06.2019 (Annexure P-6) issued under Section 200(1) of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 during the pendency of the present petition.
