(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner at par to the salary of the similar situated employees; as also seeking directions to the respondents to take proper action on the representation dated 05.01.2016 (Annexure P-7) and further prayed that the respondents may be directed to re-fix the pay of the petitioner and to grant all arrears with interest. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pay of the petitioner has already been fixed by the respondents. The petitioner is even being paid the salary as per revised pay fixation. However, the said pay fixation has not been verified by the concerned Account Officer so far.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the respondents are directed to verify the pay fixation made by them, pursuant to which, the petitioner is already being paid his VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2022.08.
