The grievance put forth by the petitioner is that after recording of FIR No.57 dated 26.05.2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 326, 506, 427, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural, no further action has been taken by the police despite repeated representations. Without touching the merits of the allegations levelled in the representation (Annexure P-2), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of petitioner and direct the investigating officer to complete the investigation at the earliest. In view of submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural to look into the grievance as put forth by learned counsel for the petitioner and take appropriate action in above referred FIR in accordance with law.
