Petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to ensure quick compliance of enquiry reports dated 09.06.2020, 08.09.2020 and 14.10.2020.

Primary issue raised in this petition is that respondent No.9 does not possess requisite No Objection Certificate from the fire department.

In view of aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 31.07.2021 in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
