In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has appeared in examination of Anatomy-A and Anatomy-B of Ist year of MBBS but his answer sheets of the said examination of AnatomyA and Anatomy-B of MBBS have not been evaluated in a manner required, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the representation dated 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, respondent No. 1-university is hereby directed that in case, the representation dated 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) has been received from the petitioner in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case, the petitioner is found entitled for grant of any relief, the same will be granted to him, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in the speaking order the said reasons will also be conveyed to the petitioner for his information and necessary action. 5..

The present petition is disposed of in above terms. 6.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
