She alleges that her land comprising killa No.14/3 situated within the revenue estate of her village has been acquired, purportedly for the widening of National Highway No.2 even though the said khasra number does not abut the National Highway. It is further averred that there is yet another khasra No.34//14/1 which falls between the National Highway and khasra No.14/3 and that khasra number too has not been acquired. The petitioner in this regard made a representation and it is alleged that a report was obtained from Tehsdildar, Palwal, who vide his report dated 15.12.2014, has supported the petitioner's claim to the effect that khasra No.

14/3 does not abut the National Highway No.2 and was wrongly included amongst the acquired khasra numbers.
