**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 today in the Court and the same is taken on record.

Perusal of paragraph 3 of the reply reveals that respondents have not received any application dated 15.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) as alleged by the petitioner.

Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to move an application for grant of ordinary remissions. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. In case, the petitioner moves an application for seeking ordinary remissions, the same shall be decided within a period of one month from its receipt by respondent No.2.
