(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 11.12.2019, vide which the learned Family Court, Gurugram, had directed the petitioner/husband to pay Rs.25,000/- per month as monthly rent of the rented accommodation of the respondents, besides the educational expenses of respondents No. 2 to 4-minor children of the parties.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, as the main petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., stands finally decided by the learned Family Court. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
