After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents more particularly respondent No. 1 to consider his grievances and then to take necessary action. Learned State counsel representing the respondents states that the respondents would abide with any such direction issued by this Court.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to be precise to respondent No. 1 to consider the grievances of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed which be conveyed to the petitioner.
