***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 163(2) Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the respondents to conduct free and fair investigation in a case arising out of FIR No.27 dated 11.01.2024 under Sections 119, 120-B, 166, 167, 217, 218, 34 35, 408, 418, 420, 463, 464, 465, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 474 IPC (Annxure P-5) registered at Police Station Sector 17, HUDA, Jagadhri, District Yamunanagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a time bound direction is given to the competent authority to look into the matter and their representation dated 02.06.2024 (Annexure P-8) is decided in a time bound manner. 3.
