Mr. Gaurav Bakshi, Advocate for the petitioner. **** Anupinder Singh Grewal, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the successful highest bidder but the allotment letter has not been issued to her. The petitioner has sent representation dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure P-7) to the respondents in this regard but no action has been taken thereon. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that as the property had not been properly demarcated and part of it falls within the State of Punjab, the competent authority has decided not to accept the bid. He also submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and a speaking order would be passed. 4.

The petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within four weeks from now by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
