Petitioner-Raghubir Singh, who is working as Driver with Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (for short 'UHBVNL'), is feeling aggrieved by his transfer from Pehowa to Dhulkote vide order dated 27.08.2021, copy of which is Annexure P-7, submitting that his transfer is in violation of the transfer policy inasmuch as he has been transferred from Dhulkote to Pehowa vide order dated 07.07.2021 (Annexure P-1), i.e. about a month earlier. However, before filing the writ petition, challenging the order of his transfer, the petitioner has not submitted any representation in order to afford an opportunity to the respondents to consider his grievances and then to take appropriate action, if need be. As such, in order to enable the respondents to consider the grouse of the petitioner and to avoid MONIKA 2021.09.03 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.17250 of 2021 unnecessary litigation, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents, especially respondent No.2-Chief Engineer (Operations), UHBVNL, Rohtak to look into the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if he finds that some action is warranted in the matter then the needful be done within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. He is required to pass a speaking order in that regard, a copy of which be sent to the petitioner.

For the purpose of consideration, the present writ petition along with Annexures, be treated as representation made on behalf of the petitioners.

Disposed of in the above terms.
