(Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the appellate authority in terms of Section 18 of the Arms Act. Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that, in case, such an appeal is filed, it shall not oppose the same on bar of limitation bar as petitioner has been agitating for alternate Forum. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal as aforesaid.
