Jalal, Advocate has appeared and filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.6. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for respondent No.6 submits that the actual name of respondent No.6 is Karan Bansal and not Paras Ram and it has been wrongly mentioned in the petition.

Registry is directed to make the necessary correction in the memo of parties.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned State counsel submits that instant petition being frivolous is liable to be dismissed as, on reaching the alleged R.K.B. brick kiln owned by respondent No.5, no one was found illegally detained there.
