******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime, Faridabad filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that Virender son of Dharambir and Dharambir son of Jagram were arrested on 14.08.2018 in case bearing FIR No. 316 dated 07.08.2018, registered at Police Station Old Faridabad for offence punishable under Section 380 IPC. Both have since been released on bail on 18.08.2018.

In view of reply on affidavit and submission of learned State counsel, no further action in this petition is required and the same is dismissed.
