In compliance of order dated 20.01.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced receipts of `20,000/-. The same are taken on record.

Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing complaint registered under Sections 295-A, 298, 452, 427, 506 IPC and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 18.05.2019 (Annexure P-3) arrived at between the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 08.07.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, on 23.05.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.06 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRM-M-28260 of 2019 Class, Jalandhar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.674 dated 29.07.2019, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide letter No.2146 G/JRK dated 29.07.2019. According to the above report, compromise effected between the parties is genuine. Parties have compromised the matter voluntarily and without any coercion or undue influence.

Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, complaint under Sections 295-A, 298, 452, 427, 506 IPC and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
