(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently certain prayers and challenge to the vires of Rule 25(5) & 25(7) of the Haryana VAT Rules, 2003 (in short 'the Rules') could not be made in the writ petition. He, however, states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, laying challenge to the validity of Rule 25(5) & 25(7) of the Rules.
