Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 24.09.2025, with respect to every petitioner, separate detailed speaking order has been passed which has been annexed as Annexure R-1 (Colly) along with the compliance report dated 19.05.2026. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy in case the petitioners are still aggrieved with some part of the speaking order. 3.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
