The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for setting aside the order dated 29.06.2016 (Annexure P-5) passed the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh, whereby the application filed by the petitioners for restoration of SA No. 235 of 2012 which was dismissed in default vide order dated 23.09.2015 (Annexure P-2), was dismissed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
