On disclosure of learned State counsel that the petitioner has formally been arrested on 24.01.2018 in FIR No.10 dated 13.01.2017, under Sections 457, 380, 427, 34, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Jamalpur, Ludhiana, after his release on conditional bail on 27.09.2017 in case FIR No.304 dated 06.09.2017, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Zirakpur by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dera Bassi, the instant petition for habeas corpus has rendered infructuous.
In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
