Prayer made in the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transferring the investigation of case FIR No. 05 darted 09.01.2019, registered under Sections 420, 406 & 506 IPC at Police Station City-I, Malerkotla, District Sangrur to some senior police officer who may be unbiased.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in fact, petitioner is victim in this case, but he has been arrayed as accused because of defective investigation and for that purpose, petitioner made representations dated 19.04.2018 (Annexure P4) and dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Sangrur, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
