Mr. Tara Chand Dhanwal, Advocate for the petitioner Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG Haryana **** SURYA KANT, J. (Oral)  (1) Notice of motion. On our asking, Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, there is no necessity to call upon the respondents to file their reply/affidavit at this stage.

(2) The petitioner filed her nomination for election as Member, Zila Parishad, Bhiwani. She alleges that her nomination has been rejected though copy of the order has not been supplied, on the ground that she failed to produce No Due Certificate from the Bank/Societies as well as original receipt of payment of electricity bills.

(3) The petitioner claims to have submitted all such documents before the last date vide application (P8). Despite that V.VISHAL 2016.01.05 15:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

  

         it is alleged that her nomination has been rejected. The petitioner besides filing an appeal (P12) has also filed review application before the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Returning Officer, Bhiwani on 31.12.2015 (P13).

(4) In this view of the matter and without going into the disputed questions of facts, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Returning Officer, Bhiwani to decide the petitioner's review application in accordance with the law, within two days.
