This petition is filed to direct the respondents to decide all the objections raised by the members of the Jat Dharmarth Sabha and to constitute the electoral colleges as per Rules. Basically, the grievance of the petitioners is that though in the Draft Scheme of Collegium, 235 electoral colleges have been mentioned but only 232 electoral colleges have been constituted. During the course of hearing, counsel for the petitioners did not state that the names of the petitioners have been excluded from the voter list or have not been mentioned in any electoral college. The election schedule for constitution of the collegium was published on 11.06.2016 and the present petition has been filed at the fag end when the elections are to take place on 31.07.2016. If the petitioners were not satisfied with the manner in which the electoral colleges have been constituted, then they should have approached this Court in time. Dismissed.
