(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 15.04.2024, Annexure P-6, passed by respondent no.3, whereby the petitioner has been held ineligible for conveyance allowance despite being physically handicapped. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to file a fresh representation raising the grievance as has been raised in the instant petition, and the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the same in a specified period.
