The same are taken on record. Registry is directed to verify the deposit of costs by the petitioners with the concerned quarters.

Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.144 dated 03.11.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Pursuant to order dated 05.07.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hoshiarpur, on 22.10.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hoshiarpur, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.552 RAVINDER SINGH 2020.03.07 14:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRM-M-28296 of 2019 dated 01.11.2019, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, vide Endst. No.27822 dated 01.11.2019. According to the above report, compromise effected between the parties is without any pressure or threat. Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, FIR No.144 dated 03.11.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
