RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in FIR No.94, dated 03.08.2021, under Sections 328, 354-C, 376(2)(N), 506, 509 IPC, Women Police Station, Sector 5, Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent Nos.3 to 6 have exonerated respondent No.7 in the above-mentioned FIR without proper investigation and hence, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to conduct fair and proper investigation in the above-mentioned case and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as her family members at the hands of private respondent. Issue notice of motion.
