(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the report of warrant officer that on his visit to Police Station Chheharta, Amritsar and Police Station Gate Hakima, Amritsar, wife and two daughters of the petitioner were not found confined in the illegal custody of respondents No.3 to 6. In view of the report of warrant officer, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the concerned authority. Dismissed as withdrawn.
