Reply filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that as per statement made by Bhavna Sharma wife of the petitioner before the police, she is not willing to go with petitioner. A compromise between the petitioner and Bhavna Sharma also took place.

Bhavna Sharma is major and is living with her parents. The petitioner can avail other legal remedies available to him to seek restitution of his conjugal right.

In view of submission of learned State counsel and reply filed by him, this petition is disposed of as no further action is required to be taken.
