*** MANOJ BAJAJ , J.(ORAL) Manjeet Kaur wife of Darshan Singh had given a complaint dated 15.09.2018 against Amrit Singh son of Billu and others and alleged that her son Surinder Singh aged 15 years is being forced to work as a bonded labour for the last three months. The said complaint was treated as Crl.W.P. No.783 of 2018 and upon notice, the reply stands filed on behalf of Shri Hardev Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Divisional, Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran. It is indicated in the reply that earlier the husband of the complainant namely Darshan Singh had given the complaint regarding missing of his son since 28.06.2018, whereupon a DDR No. 16 dated 04.07.2018 was recorded.

Later on, it was found by the complainant and her family members that the alleged detenue Surinder Singh had on his own gone to Sheetal Gawri 2018.12.04 15:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document phhc Jammu by boarding a train, which passes closely through their village

CRWP-783-2018 -2Lalpur. The family has brought back the child, who is living with them. The statements of the parents in this regard have been recorded and are attached with the reply.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
