(Oral) Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 01.03.2017 (Annexure P-9), whereby, a request has been made by the petitioner for facilitating the connection of waste water to the sewerage line but no action has been taken so far.

Mr.A.S. Barnala, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his family members are the owners of property bearing khasra no.237/1, 237/2, 237/3. He is paying the property tax. He further submits that he will be satisfied if direction is issued to respondents No.2 for taking appropriate action on the representation dated 1.3.2017 (Annexure P-9) within a stipulated period.
