CRWP-788-2018 (O&M) -2Kaur, has been made to sit with them, to persuade her to leave the company of respondent No. 4 and to accompany them, but she has not budge to their request.
The alleged detenue-Manpreet Kaur, stated at Bar that she had performed marriage with respondent No. 4 and living happily with her husband and do not want to go with her father. In view of the above factual aspect of the matter, in the instant criminal writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. The police officials, namely; HASI Balbir Singh-365, HHC Desh Raj-169 and Lady Constable Renu Sharma, who have escorted the detenue, are advised to protect her life and liberty, in compliance to the order dated 27.09.2018, passed by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh in CWP No. 2318 of 2018.
