(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking partial quashing of award dated 19.08.2016 (Annexure P-6) to the extent of 100% back wages for next six months from the date of termination i.e. 11.06.2002 and 50% back wages for the remainder period till July, 2006 and thereafter 20% back wages except August, 2006 to November, 2006.

On 19.05.2023, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, today also position remains the same. 3.

It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
