(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission to withdraw the instant petition with the liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better and correct particulars. Mr. S.S.Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings on behalf of respondent No.1-State in this case in pursuance of the copy of the present petition having been sent to this respondent in advance, has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the liberty afore-said.
