The petitioner's name was not in the list in the year 2006. From the petition, it is difficult to ascertain what the petitioner did during the last ten years. There is no application or representation to the respondents on record. 3.

In the event of the petitioner making an application or a representation to the respondents, we have no doubt that the respondents will consider and decide the same. We clarify that we have expressed no views whatsoever on the merits of the petitioner's alleged entitlement. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
