State of Haryana', on 03.08.2021, had modified the similar onerous conditions imposed therein. Notice of motion.

Learned State counsel concedes that the prayer of the petitioner, as raised in the present petition, is covered by the decision in Sombir's case (supra) and he has no objection in case the present petition is disposed of in terms of the modified conditions mentioned in Sombir's case (supra).
Keeping in view the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is also disposed of in terms of Sombir's case (supra).
