Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that detenue-Jyoti, daughter of the petitioner has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has already been got recorded before the SDJM, Jind, wherein, she has submitted that she has solemnized marriage with Deepak-respondent No.4 with her own free-will and wishes to stay with him as his wife and respondents No.5 to 10 are relatives of Deepak. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
