Grievance is that the petitioner is entitled to two years of extension in the light of his disability of 55%, and his case for extension is being postponed on one pretext or the other.

Upon notice, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3-PRTC states that a decision has been taken and an order passed on 4.8.2016 whereby the petitioner has been allowed extension in terms of the policy. In view of the aforesaid development, counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present petition has become infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
