Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for appointing a warrant officer or directing respondents No.2 to 5 to produce alleged detenue namely Khushpreet Kaur before this Court.

Pursuant to order dated 10.10.2018, alleged detenue Khushpreet Kaur has been produced in Court by the police of Police Station Tohana. She has made statement that she is happily living with her parents, namely Darshan Singh and Karush Devi alias Kamlesh, respondents No.6 RAVINDER SINGH 2018.11.03 12:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CRWP-814 of 2018 and 7, respectively with her own sweet will and her parents have not confined her illegally.

In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
