She has made a statement that she does not want to accompany her husband respondent No. 4-Yahya, till he divorces his earlier wife, namely; Shabnam. She has wished to accompany her brotherpetitioner-Nadeem Ahmed. The detenue, is permitted to go with her brother, according to her wish.

The instant criminal writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
