This petition has been filed by the petitioner (complainant in FIR no.970, dated 21.12.2019, registered at Police Station Mujesar, District Faridabad, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 420/406/506/ 120-B/34 of the IPC), seeking legal action against respondents no.6 to 8, with respondents no.6 and 7 being the petitioners in the other connected petitions, (CRM-M nos.26600 and 32651 of 2020). Mr.Tripathi upon specific query submits that the petitioner has no grievance left even qua respondent no.8.
