(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of petition, prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to release or produce detenue-Naajma, wife of the son of the petitioner from the illegal custody of private respondents.

In compliance of order dated 12.10.2018, respondent No.3 has produced the alleged detenue-Naajma in Court. She states that she wants to go with the petitioner, who is her father-in-law, with her own free-will. Since, the purpose of instant petition has been achieved, therefore, the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
